When running empty, check the rotation direction of the stirring cylinder or stirring blade, the operation and braking of each working device, and confirm that it is normal before operation.
2, fixed concrete mixer, should be installed on a firm pedestal. When used for a long time, the ground bolt should be buried. For short-term use, sleeper can be laid under the frame and levelled to stabilize.
3, for the mobile concrete mixer, it should be installed on the flat and hard floor with square wood or support frame, and keep the horizontal tire without force. If the use time is more than three months, the tire should be removed and properly kept at the end of the axle should be cleaned and rust-proof.
4, for some mixers that need to dig a hopper pit, the pit mouth should be padded with high and tamped around to prevent ground water from flowing into the pit. The bottom supporting surface of the loading track frame should be tamped or paved with bricks, and the back of the frame should also be supported with wood to prevent track deformation during work.
5, after the concrete mixer starts, the mixing drum should be fed after reaching the normal speed, and water should be added in time after feeding. The addition of new materials must be carried out after all the original concrete in the mixer is unloaded. Do not stop in the middle or start the mixer at full load, except for reverse discharge.
6, in the use of concrete mixer, do not make the sand fall into the running part of the machine, so as not to make the moving parts stuck and damaged. After the upper hopper is lifted, no one can pass or stay under the bucket, so as to avoid accidents caused by brake failure. If it is necessary to repair or clean up under the bucket, forcibly stop the machine and fasten the upper hopper with the safety chain.
7. In the operation of the mixer, if it is found that the fault can not continue to operate, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the concrete in the mixing cylinder should be cleaned, and then repaired.
8, after the operation, the mixer should be comprehensively cleaned, if the operator needs to enter the cylinder cleaning, must cut off the power, set a special person outside monitoring, or remove the fuse and lock the switch box, and then can enter.
9. The crank handle of the hopper on the mixer should be fixed with a pin to avoid the body touching the crank to lift the hopper when the person enters the Jane to clean up, resulting in a squeezing accident.
10. After operation, the mixer hopper should be lowered to the hopper pit, and the chain should be fastened if it needs to be raised.
