On the morning of 13th December, the conference of 2023 Foshan Harmonious Labour Relations Enterprises and Benchmarking Enterprises, hosted by Foshan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, was successfully held. Representatives of Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus of all districts, enterprise representatives and news media over 200 people witnessed this moment.

Since August, Foshan City Coordination of Labour Relations three aspects of the city's harmonious labour relations enterprises, benchmark enterprises declaration, after the declaration of enterprises, material screening, field research, expert assessment and combined with online voting, publicity and other links, aimed at encouraging enterprises to play the power of role models, to cultivate more in the comprehensive protection of the rights and interests of workers, improve the consultation and coordination mechanism, and promote the enterprise and the employee to build and share, and so on. The aim is to encourage more enterprises to give full play to the power of role models in protecting workers' rights and interests, improving the consultation and coordination mechanism, and promoting joint development and sharing between enterprises and workers.

After the preliminary examination, 177 enterprises entered the review process. The assessment team visited and researched the enterprises in the light of their employment management status, party building leadership, employee care, welfare treatment, talent introduction and cultivation, labour-management coordination, social responsibility, etc. The assessment team selected the Foshan Harmonious Labour Relations Enterprises and Benchmark Enterprises in 2023 by organizing expert assessment and combining with on-line voting and public announcement. Huijiang Group was awarded the title of "Foshan City Harmonious Labour Relations Enterprise".

Lu Ling, Deputy Director of Foshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said that harmonious, stable, win-win and high-quality labour relationship is a valuable resource that is hard to replace within the enterprise, and is the "soft power" of the enterprise, which can effectively enhance the performance and competitiveness of the enterprise. Enterprises with a good reputation among their employees have an advantage in recruiting and retaining talents.
